Insyght is a managed professional services group which was founded by a group of experienced professionals whose heritage is founded in the ‘Big 4’ major Professional Services firms, leading Public and Private enterprises, and Academia with the vision to deliver professional services in a ‘non-traditional’ focused manner.

All the Principals are dedicated to offering value added services to our clients and their staff by working on the assignment “with” the client. As an organisation of experienced professionals, we do not engage or deploy newly minted graduates or consultants that have not yet demonstrated repeated successful delivery at senior levels within both the Private and Public sectors.

Insyght is committed to both delivering agreed outcomes and transferring skills to our clients. We also believe that the job does not stop once the analysis is completed or a report is written. Our view is that the assignment is completed only when quantifiable and measurable business benefit is delivered.

The BPS Australia Methodolgy

BPS Australia approaches each project in a professional and structured manner by assigning the best equipped and experienced project resources to coordinate both you and your businesses requirements and the supplier's and service provider's deliverables.

BPS Australia has defined the following key stages within a Project:

Proposal and Contract
The development and successful conversion of an opportunity into a fully budgeted project brief.

Project Initiation
This is the defining, costing, planning and formation of the project plan, tasks, objectives and deliverables. This is achieved through the preparation and approval of a client brief that outlines our understanding of your needs.

Design and Documentation
This stage undertakes the development and documentation of your technical and business needs into specifications, drawings and tender documentation ready for you and your organisations approval.

Procurement and Delivery
In this stage we undertake the procurement, management of subcontractors, suppliers and the client's own project related personnel. We ensure management of change control non-conformance, issue and risk are in place. We also detail any relocation process and deliver the project under our ISO 9001 QMS.

Project Closure
This sees the completion of all documentation and the handover of manuals to you, the finalisation of all financial and contractual obligations then the issue of a Project Closure Report. This identifies the key successes of the project and areas to be resolved and the subsequent archiving of the Project.

Project Office
BPS Australia will establish a Project Office that will provide support for the entire project.
The core role of the project office is to:

• Standardise the documentation and procedures used
• Provide Risk and Issue Control
• Accommodate Change Management
• Establish Quality Control and also
• Provide contract and procurement facilities
